Tim Howard became a U.S. hero on Tuesday after having a record 16 saves in the World Cup match versus Belgium. Though USA lost, 2-1, Howard proved himself as the best goalkeeper in the game with superb play.
Howard's 16 saves was the most for any U.S. goalkeeper in history. It was the most saves in a match by any goalkeeper in over 50 years in World Cup history!
