It's been an awfully long time since Jon Gruden has coached in the NFL? Gruden, most known for leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a Super Bowl victory over a decade ago against his old Oakland Raiders quad, says he would return on one condition.
The team has to be the Raiders.
