Derrick Rose just can't catch a break.
According to several sources, the Chicago Bulls point guard will undergo surgery for a torn right medial meniscus. This is Rose's third straight knee surgery, and his second straight meniscus one specifically.
The timetable for Rose's return is unknown. He was experiencing soreness recently with the knees.
Rose was just an NBA league MVP four years ago. Since then, he's faced three straight knee surgeries.
My prayers go out to D-Rose. Hopefully he can get through this.
