Chris Balas of TheWolverine.com is reporting that Nike reportedly outbid Adidas for a new deal with the school, which is expected to be announced sometime this week.
"We expect U-M to announce Nike as its apparel/shoe provider in the next few days," Balas writes.
Balas reports Michigan is going with Nike and could receive some perks including Jordan brand products and cash. The Wolverines deal with Adidas currently runs through 2017.
