Charles Barkley isn’t to show a ton of emotion, but he passing of Moses Malone last week hit the NBA community and him especially hard.

The rebounding machine had an early impact on Barkley’s career, and was a huge reason the Auburn product went on to have a Hall of Fame career.

Barkley was asked by the Malone family to speak at the funeral on Saturday, and told the stories of how Moses taught him to be a professional, without seeking a ton of credit.
