In a move that could directly effect the Super Bowl and it’s outcome, the NFL has been granted a request by a federal appeals court to expedite a hearing on the league’s appeal of a lower court ruling reversed Tom Brady’s four-game suspension.
NFL granted expedited appeal vs Brady that could start as soon as 6 days before Super Bowl. What a mess this continues to be.

The move guarantees Brady will play the entire regular season and postseason without the threat of being suspended for his role in DeflateGate.
How that works regarding the Super Bowl is another matter. The NFL’s Wild Card playoffs begin Jan. 9, 2016. The AFC and NFC Championship Games are set for Jan. 24.
Could a ruling that comes down before the Feb. 7 Super Bowl affect the Patriots star?

Although Brady wouldn't have to attend court arguments, imagine him going from court to Super Bowl, winning SB MVP & shaking Goodell's hand?

This will get interesting.
