Greg Hardy is all about making every quarterback he faces feel the pain. After subjecting Tom Brady to two sacks and five hits in last week's loss to the Patriots, Hardy says the Cowboys' chances for success hinge on bringing the pain to Eli Manning.
“Hit him in the mouth. That’s how you disrupt a quarterback.
“The best thing is to make a quarterback feel pain. You want to be respectful of the rules of the game and you don’t want to hurt anybody, but to make him feel you is to bring his eyes down on you. You don’t want a good quarterback like Eli Manning looking down the field. Ever.”
The Philadelphia Eagles sacked Manning three times and got consistent pressure in the 27-7 victory on Monday night, giving Dallas a blueprint to follow.
