According to a report from ESPN, both running back LeSean McCoy and wide receiver Sammy Watkins have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the New York Giants.

McCoy has been dealing with a hamstring injury for several weeks and said earlier this week that the rest would help him.
Watkins suffered a calf injury last Sunday, and hasn’t practiced at all. They’ll be replaced by the hard-running Karlos Williams, while Robert Woods, Chris Hogan and Percy Harvin handle the receiving duties.
