The Redskins' name is a controversial one, and Jason Hatcher thinks it’s costing them games with the refs now.
Visibly frustrated after losing to the Panthers, the Washington pass rusher told the media that he believes officials approach the Skins with a bias because of their racist nickname.
“Don’t single us out. At the end of the day, it’s the name,” Hatcher said. “Don’t worry about the name. We’re players and we work our butt off too.”
Cam Newton threw five touchdowns, Hatcher. That won’t work this time.
