During Opening Day, Chicago White Sox' Adam Dunn tied an Opening Day record for the career most home runs on the day. Dunn hit a home run against the Texas Rangers on the day, giving him eighth for Opening Day.

His eight home runs on Opening Day ties the record, which also belongs to Frank Robinson and Ken Griffey Jr.

Dunn had two homers in one game twice, which were both with the Cincinnati Reds in 2005 and 2007, which is the reason why he has only had homers for six Opening Days.

Congrats, Adam! Maybe next year you can break it with another homer!
