During the NBA Lockout, commissioner David Stern tried to once again change the age rule for the NBA Draft as to increasing it an age so players won't be "one-and-done" college players.

Ever since the new rule was added in 2005, many players have foregone to play even a second year in college and instead turn pro, such as John Wall, Kyrie Irving, and soon-to-be Anthony Davis and several other players on this year's National Championship team of the Kentucky Wildcats.

However, Stern is currently happy with the rule right now as there are no NBA scouts in high school gyms. However, he hopes to see a change near in the future.
