Riley Cooper is back with the Philadelphia Eagles, according to NFL.com.
Cooper was seen at the Eagles facility this morning and is on the practice field as we speak.
Chip Kelly has made it clear that Cooper will still have a place with the Eagles, even after being taped making racial slurs at a Kenny Chesney concert in June.
Cooper's future with the Eagles appears stable for now, but the wide receiver has a lot of work to do if he wants to regain respect in that locker room.
