Retired NFL linebacker Bart Scott was on ESPN Radio Monday, chiming in on the the Richie Incognito bullying fiasco on Jonathan Martin in Miami.

According to Steve Serby of the New York Post, Scott was going on a terrific rant and was lighting Incognito up. Essentially, Scott called Incognito a "punk", and said he wouldn’t "try that bullying shit" if he were on the Baltimore Ravens or New York Jets.

Here's what Scott said about the Dolphins guard:
"He's a fake tough guy. One of the dirtiest players I've ever played against. Incognito ran like a coward like most bullies when I took a swing at him after a game. There's no place for a guy like that in the NFL. Anybody can be bullied, it's not about size. That would have never happened on the Ravens or Jets. Thank God he (Martin) didn't bring a gun to work and start shooting."
