According to Steve Serby of the New York Post, Scott was going on a terrific rant and was lighting Incognito up. Essentially, Scott called Incognito a "punk", and said he wouldn’t "try that bullying shit" if he were on the Baltimore Ravens or New York Jets.
Here's what Scott said about the Dolphins guard:
"He's a fake tough guy. One of the dirtiest players I've ever played against. Incognito ran like a coward like most bullies when I took a swing at him after a game. There's no place for a guy like that in the NFL. Anybody can be bullied, it's not about size. That would have never happened on the Ravens or Jets.
