Now, we all know what Richard Sherman did last Sunday when he went off in his postgame rant with Erin Andrews (his FOX Deportes one way better). But what made Sherman so fired up?

Was it that his Seattle Seahawks just won one of their biggest games in their franchise history? Is it because Sherman knows he's heading to the Super Bowl?

Most likely, it was that Michael Crabtree had been talking trash. And we all know that was the case. The two have had a rivalry dating back to last year when the two allegedly had a beef with each other at a Larry Fitzgerald charity event.

However, Sherman claims all he said to the San Francisco 49ers wide receiver after the game was over was "hell of a game, hell of a game." That's it. Even with that, Crabtree shoved his hand into his facemask. That had to have pissed Sherman off, which explains his rant.

Now was Sherman telling the truth? Yes, yes he is.

Audio was revealed of the two players after the Sherman's huge tipped-pass play that ended the game, as all the Seahawks cornerback said to Crabtree was "hell of a game, hell of a game."

Of course, it immediately led to this and this.

Can't blame Sherman, though. It's just who he is.
