The city of Cleveland is truly welcoming LeBron James home with open arms after he announce he was returning to the Cavaliers today.
We remember back in 2010 when the "We Are All Witnesses" mural got torn down when he left for the Miami Heat. Now that he's back, we're going to start seeing ads for James coming back up in Cleveland.
It's only just a couple of hours since James' decision announcement, and billboards have already popped up in Cleveland:

Not surprising, since it was reported that Nike bought a lot of billboard ad space this week in Cleveland. Expect to see a lot more and hopefully the return of the mural.
