Ray Rice’s contract was terminated with the Baltimore Ravens after TMZ released a video of him knocking his wife unconscious.
Now reports suggest that one of the reasons the Ravens finally decided to part ways with him is because the video did not match the story he told them.

Rice reportedly told the Ravens that Janay Palmer was the instigator, and that he was merely protecting himself. The video clearly disputes that claim and shows Rice in a light that he’ll never recover from.
