Steve Nash's career is likely over after he'll miss the entire the 2014-15 NBA season with a back injury. Now at an old age and already having enough accomplishments to be a first-ballot Hall-of-Famer, I'd be shocked if Nash doesn't retire when this season is over.

It sucks because we thought Nash could have won his first title when he first joined forces with Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard on the Los Angeles Lakers a few years ago. Now, it seems like Nash will have to retire without ever winning a championship.

What if he played with LeBron James? James, who is now back with the Cleveland Cavaliers, wishes he could have been a teammate of the two-time MVP.

His run in Phoenix was unbelievable, man,” said James. “The way he played the game of basketball, I wish I could have been a teammate of his for a year or two. Being around a guy like that who is just all about team. He never asked for anything and everything was given to him. You can respect somebody like that.”

Both guys are amazing passers and playmakers. Seeing those two run the fast break together would be awesome.
