The New York Jets got blown out by the Miami Dolphins on Saturday night, and it didn't help when Sheldon Richardson—who was one of the team's captains for the game—was seen talking about how he didn't care about the outcome of the game prior to the matchup on Snapchat.

Richardson could be seen on Snapchat going on a profanity-laced rant talking about "where the hoes at" and then saying "fuck this game" (watch it here).

Jets head coach Todd Bowles was asked about the video, and here's what he had to say:
"We'll take care of it here," he said. "That's not something we condone or we encourage. That's unacceptable."

Asked if he was "disturbed" that a player would behave that way before a game, Bowles replied, "It was disturbing that it was said at all."
Bowles, however, did not mind Richardson's play and effort in the game. Richardson played 45 of 48 snaps, though he only finished with two tackles and a quarterback hit.
"Sheldon plays hard. His inappropriate comments should have never been said. It's inexcusable, but he plays hard."
We'll see what the Jets plan to do with Richardson going forward.
