Paul George's season is now over after his Indiana Pacers got swept by LeBron James' Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the NBA Playoffs on Sunday. Many wonder if PG plans on leaving Indy this summer via trade or through free agency in 2018.

George shut down all those rumors following Game 4:

George has long been linked to the Los Angeles Lakers, as its hometown team (although many reports have said he grew up a Clippers fan). According to the Sporting News, George has talked about one day playing purple-and-gold around his teammates.
A SoCal native, he’s been talking about playing for his hometown team, the Lakers, for a long time. He’s never made his long-term intentions a secret within the Pacers’ locker room, according to former teammates. He wants to wear the purple and gold.
As a Pacers fan, I'll consider all of this fake news until I see something come out of PG's mouth himself.
