Derek Fisher appears to be in hot water with the courts...and Matt Barnes' insurance company.
According to TMZ Sports, the vehicle that Fisher was driving when he crashed and recorded a DUI along with Gloria Govan, is registered to the Golden State Warriors forward.
Fisher reportedly flipped the SUV after hitting a guardrail, and was then arrested on suspicion of DUI after police learned he had been drinking.
Both Fisher and Govan were uninjured in the accident.
