Everyone may be hating on Kevin Durant right now for going to the Golden State Warriors, and it doesn't look like it may change soon. However, I wouldn't be surprised if he forget over time, especially if he and GSW win titles.

KD talked about his move to the Warriors, and says he wouldn't have done it if it weren't for LeBron James paving the way with his move with the Miami Heat back in 2010.
Though Durant says he did not consider James’ precedent, he readily admits, “He paved the way.”…

“As time goes on, and the changes start to become normal, people will start looking at it as normal,” Durant says. “I hope and pray that they make a decision that’s best for them, and nobody else….

“That’s what free agency is about—doing what you want to do. I commend LeBron. I commend LaMarcus Aldridge. I commend guys that stay, because they did what they wanted to do. That’s the power of free agency.”
It makes sense. At the end of the day, Durant was a free agent, so he could do whatever he wanted. I don't blame Golden State for wanting to pursue him or KD wanting to go there, but you can't blame the fans for giving their opinion on his move either.
