During the Miami Heat's Game 3 first round playoff win over the Charlotte Bobcats on Saturday, LeBron James was seen starting down Bobcats owner Michael Jordan on a fast break dunk. Many had their take on this, but James denies that he stared down the NBA's GOAT.
“No, no. Don’t start that. Absolutely not, man. Absolutely not,” James said, via the Charlotte Observer. “I was able to read McRoberts, get a steal and push the lead back up. I absolutely didn’t look at MJ, for sure.”
Is he telling the truth? Judge for yourself:
Honestly, would it really be a big deal if he did stare MJ down? I guarantee that Jordan would have done the same thing to another team's owner during his playing days, so we shouldn't be faulting LeBron for this.
Jordan has yet to comment on this situation, nor do I think he ever will.
