It took Drake less than 12 hours to respond to Pusha T's "Infrared" diss track when he released "Duppy Freestyle." However, Pusha responded four days later with "The Story of Adidon," which had the world of hip hop shook.

It's been almost a week, and Drake has been completely silent since the diss track besides an Instagram story post addressing the photo of himself in blackface.

Could the beef be over? Kanye recently tweeted that the beef is over, but is it because he doesn't want anymore smoke with Drake? Or has Drake found dirt on him, along with Push?

According to Rap-a-Lot Records CEO J Prince, who has been a major influential person in Drake's career, the OVO rapper did in fact have a diss track recorded. It was reportedly bad enough that it would have ended both of the GOOD Music rapper's careers, as well as affect their lifestyle.

Rumors came out the Drake was spending $100,000 to find any dirt on Pusha. There was another that he had Lil Wayne join him on the diss track, which I would not be surprised about since Pusha vs Wayne is how this whole beef began in the first place.

Essentially, J Prince shut down the beef and told Drake not to drop the record because it would be bad for business and his image. But do you believe him? I'm not sure what to think.

Pusha went after Drake's mom, dad, his sick best friend, his baby mama, his son, and everything else in between. Should Drake respond? Did he actually have a diss track?

My guess is that if he does drop one, it would have to be on an upcoming OVO Sound Radio episode on Apple Music. Heck, he might even have a diss track of some sort on his upcoming Scorpion album, or we could just see the typical subliminal jabs that he is known for.

All in all, it would actually kind of suck if the beef is over. If it is, most people's consensus is that Drake took the L. I have a feeling Drizzy knows that, and he is still silent on Instagram to this day. Perhaps he has something in the works, or he's coping with accepting defeat for the first time?

Who knows. Do you believe J Prince's words? I mean, he is not a guy to be messed with. He's literally a mob boss of rap. Back when Diddy tried getting into a fight with Drake, Prince stopped it real quick. Ever since, Diddy and Drake have been real cool.

Maybe Prince had some words with Kanye and/or Push? Who knows, but he doesn't want his pockets hurting from his investment in Drizzy.

I, for one, hope the beef isn't over yet. Someone needs to find and leak that diss track...
